- The unboxing video must clearly show the package opening and the product’s condition, highlighting any damage or discrepancies.

Refund Process
- Upon receiving the unboxing video, our support team will review the footage to verify the reported issue.
- If the claim is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Replacements
In the case of damaged or mismatched products, we also offer replacements. The process for requesting a replacement is the same as outlined above for refunds.
Conditions for Refund/Replacement
- The unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or replacement claims.
